Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program involves a team of health professionals working to help you manage your heart condition. We provide individual cardiac assessment and education focused on reducing cardiac disease risk factors, monitoring and managing your condition and improving your health.
Our program is managed by the Cardiac Liaison Nurse in conjunction with our Physiotherapy Department and Exercise Physiologist.
The program is suitable for most people living with or at risk of heart disease and those recovering from medical or surgical intervention.
