Our Diabetes Educator provides diabetes education and support for people with diabetes and their families, either in one to one or group settings. They also work closely with the Diabetes Dietician.

We also provide education to health care professionals and support promotional activities that encourage people with diabetes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We accept referrals from hospitals, GPs, Specialists and other health professionals.

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Wednesday, Thursday – alternative weeks)
