Our social team supports clients with a range of issues, including accessing or navigating community support services, managing health while experiencing homelessness, personal and family issues and coping after a traumatic event.

In some cases, this may also include psycho-social assessment and referral, counselling or advocacy.

We accept referrals from hospitals, GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, non-government organisations, family and carers, and self-referral.
