Hospital in the Home (HITH) patients are classified as hospital inpatients but they are cared for in the patient’s own homes. The service provides care for patients with acute problems such as infections requiring intravenous antibiotics, warfarin stabilisation, and complex wound care. Patients are admitted to HITH through either the wards, or the Emergency Department.

Hours of Service: 7:30am to 4pm, seven days a week.
