The Medical Specialist Outreach Program provides a midwife and obstetrician for those women who don’t live close to a hospital that has a Women’s Care Unit.

The clinics are held at Kyogle Multi-Purpose Service, Bonalbo Multi-Purpose Service and Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation Richmond Valley (BRMACRV) as well as a midwives clinic at Casino Hospital.
