Our Emergency Departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Our Emergency Department is staffed by a highly qualified medical team of Career Medical Officers, Emergency Specialists, and Nursing staff providing care to patients of all ages with critical and acute illness.

Patients are assessed upon arrival, and those with the most urgent medical needs are seen first.

We work closely with other facilities within the Northern NSW Local Health District, and if necessary, patients may be transferred to another site for continuing care.

Hours of Service: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
